Sunday 10th May- Mothers Day Is my first mothers day with Noah and we went in the morning for a feed. The staff had made me a special card with a picture and from Noah with a cup and peter rabbit. Was so sweet really meant so much. Noah put on 35grams last night = 1525grams. I tried to breast feed him this morning but he wouldn’t wake up he did 3 sucks in total then feel asleep on me. I was disappointed but I know I have to be patient. I changed his nappy he is a poo machine and poos constantly due to that has yukky nappy rash and is bleeding poor boy!

After he had a feed we left the hospital and went to Kmart and got the kids some clothes. I have asked the hospital for a referral to the social worker so I can work out ways to deal with the kids coping with Noah in hospital and for me. overall had a wonderful day so far and so glad my little boy is here for mothers day even if not physically in our home.
