Fish Attack

KIDS FIRST TRIP CAMPING

We took the kids down to Blanch town to go camping. Kids have never been camping in a tent before. Rachel was a bit worried about having to ‘cop a squat’ to go to the loo but she managed fine after hours of stage fright. Was another windy day and we managed to set up the tent in super fast speed. We took with us too a large sun shade so wouldn’t get burnt this time. Worked a treat and gave lots of shelter and wind protection.

Within the first few hours we had caught a fish and once again (even with the new 30lb line it broke the line) we were not impressed but tried again. Once we had the fish on the line Aaron jumped in and got the new net and got it out. Was a huge fish and kids were so excited to catch it. Jake even read the fish a book about space ships. We had to explain you cant eat Cod nor let is go as it is an environmental nightmare. So the fish got fed to the ants and we learnt about ants behaviors. Over all kids really enjoyed themselves. They were very well behaved and slept very well in the tent.

Aaron popped out to Blanch town to get some nappies for Jake and left Rachel and I at the camp. Of course while he was gone we got a fish on the line. Rachel and I fought the fish as much as possible but just it came within reach to put in the net the line snapped AGAIN and the swivel shot out of the water and hit my stomach. I have decided obviously my stomach and camping don’t seem to agree. I am still getting over the sun burn which I got last time and this week I managed to get a bruise and cut. My poor baby belly it cant help it sticks out…

Congrats Lorri again...

But the day started with a wonderful surprise. Lorri came online to announce Adam had asked her to marry him last night and she said yes. I am so happy for them a pregnancy and engagement/ wedding in 2009. what a wonderful year for them and us. Were hoping to head over to see them before I pop anyway and depending where the wedding is and when for that too. Was the best surprise to hear today all I need now is a pic of the ring he choose so I can owww and ahhh…

LORRI AND ADAM

Answer Me

What is fair? Today was psychiatrist appointment day. As Belinda is still on holidays Dione is there instead. I had never met her before and I don’t honestly like her approach. She has little to no training in pregnancy medications or ideas surrounding AND. She wants to change my meds again and I am very reluctant to do that. She doesn’t seem to understand if things are going ok don’t fuck with it. So in the end I left with no changes and just more pissed off I even went to see her.

While I was there I did however as the midwife about the fact I am still spotting occasionally she hummed and then next thing I knew the bloody Ob had her hand up my vagina and was feeling around. ALL I ASKED WAS FOR AN ANSWER! I thought my question was fairly easy. Do some women spot throughout their pregnancies? Well, I got my answer after my discomfort and that is ‘yes’. Apparently my cervix has some of the inner lining growing on the outside so I it prone to bleed easily and since I am pregnant and the cervix changes it can bleed. Was nice to know that but sure as hell would have been happy with a passing comment of ‘yes it is possible’ So once again I hopped into the car hating the hospital and the people in it. My dates changed again to the 28-29th as am measuring small. So here we age back at 15 weeks and 2 days… I really wish I could avoid that place like the plague. Problem is I have another appointment on the 12/1 to see Gus. I guess I could cancel. I have started reading about free birthing sounds pretty good to me.

Am due to start back at work next Tuesday and am so scared of the prospect of not making it through the day without being too over tired. But I am going back to Burnside so I feel so much more supported being a regular there.

Moving Belly

I am happy to say I can feel the baby move now is 15 wuterus harden. I don’t think it is Braxton hicks contraction maybe just the baby stretching. Am looking forward now to real kicks so Aaron and kids can feel it too. Will be so exciting when the kids can see my stomach rolling around I think it will become to much more real to themeeks and 2 days and it is moving round my belly. Can’t feel it kick from the outside but I can feel my .

MORE HAPPY NEWS

Lorri and Adam are expecting. After a BFP they are 4 weeks and 2 days. I am sending them huge amounts of love and sticky vibes so the baby grows well in Lorris belly.
